These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Saloon OS, operated by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Saloon OS is a software-as-a-service platform that helps salons manage point of sale, clients, appointments, inventory, staff, memberships and marketing campaigns.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may create staff logins; you remain responsible for their use.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security, or storing unlawful content. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when messaging your clients.
You retain ownership of the data you enter and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your clients’ data.
The Saloon OS software, branding and content are owned by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited and may not be copied or resold.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
