These Terms govern your use of Saloon OS, operated by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your salon.
Saloon OS is a cloud salon-management platform: GST point-of-sale & billing, appointments & online booking, client CRM, inventory with spillage tracking, staff attendance (GPS) with payroll & commissions, memberships & loyalty, reports, and email/WhatsApp campaigns.
Feature availability depends on your active plan. We may add to or refine features over time.
Provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any staff/manager logins you create and the personal check-in links you share with staff.
Campaigns and bills are sent from the email/WhatsApp accounts you connect. You are responsible for obtaining client consent and complying with WhatsApp’s Business policy and applicable TRAI/DPDP rules. Do not use Saloon OS to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.
If you use GPS attendance, you must inform your staff that their location is captured at check-in and on step-outs to verify on-site presence, and obtain any consent required by law. You are responsible for how you use attendance and payroll data.
Don’t misuse the Service — no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell, overload or store unlawful content. We may rate-limit bulk messaging to protect deliverability and comply with provider limits.
You own the data you enter and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. You can export your data and request deletion, subject to records we must legally retain. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Saloon OS available and reliable, but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
The Saloon OS software, name, logo and content are owned by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited and may not be copied, resold or used without permission.
Payments are subject to Razorpay’s terms; optional integrations (e.g. Google Calendar, WhatsApp) are subject to those providers’ terms.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time from Billing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
