Saloon OS is operated by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India at F-30/208, M S, Sector-50, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh - 201301. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Saloon OS you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, phone, salon name and address when you register.
• Business data you enter — your clients, appointments, services, inventory, staff and sales records that you add to run your salon.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details; we receive only a payment reference and status from Razorpay.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (e.g. access times) needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Saloon OS service.
• To process your subscription and send GST-compliant invoices.
• To send service-related communications and, where you enable them, marketing messages to your own clients on your behalf.
• To provide customer support and ensure security.

3. Your clients’ data

As a salon, you own the client information you enter. We process it only to provide the service to you and never sell it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and message your clients.

4. Sharing & service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the platform: Razorpay (payments), our cloud database and hosting providers, and your configured email/WhatsApp providers used to send your campaigns. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting compliance. Sales/transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax law even after deletion from your dashboard.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the service.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
