Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Saloon OS subscriptions, operated by Growth Path Mapper Private Limited.

1. Free trial

Every new salon gets a 3-month free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Setting up the auto-debit mandate may involve a small verification amount from your bank/Razorpay, which is refunded automatically.

2. Billing

After the free trial, your selected plan is charged yearly (plus 18% GST) to your authorised payment method via Razorpay, and renews automatically each year until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing & Invoices in your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

• Because a full 3-month free trial is provided before any charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
• If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days.
